At this moment, for all retail online purchase, we could only ship within SINGAPORE, if you need, we will be happy to explore shipping to any other parts of the world if feasible, although it is likely that you will have to bear the shipping costs.

Shipping to other parts of the world other than Singapore is not enabled by default, if you need to ship to other countries, please contact us directly.
Shipping costs
Shipping or delivery within Singapore is FREE for all purchases above SGD100. There is shipping or delivery costs if the checkout value is less than SGD100.

Policy around returns, exchanges, damages, and lost packages
For product returns, exchanges, please refer to the Return Policy page. If you received defective goods, please contact us immediately and send us a video or photos for us to assess the damages and arrange the claims from the delivery partner.
If you do not receive your order after 14 days of placing your order, please contact us immediately to inform us.
